Family Therapist

Anasazi is seeking a master’s-level, licensed clinician to serve as a Family Therapist (Shadow) . This role combines primary therapy, case management, and collaboration with families and outside professionals, all within a wilderness-based treatment model for adolescents and young adults. Role Overview Serve as the primary therapist and case manager for participants and their families Provide individual and family therapy Collaborate with referring professionals and outside providers Spend each Tuesday in the field (approximately 6 a.m.–10 p.m.) -- which is the best part! Qualifications Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology Current state licensure (or can apply within time frame to work)Strong clinical and documentation skills Experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families Ability to hike 1–2 miles weekly and participate in field-based work Fingerprint clearance, drug screen, CPR/First Aid certification, and medical screening Full-time, 40 hours a week, permanent role with competitive salary and benefits, including health, vision, dental, and life insurance.
