Insurance Sales Manager - Build & Run Your Own Sales Team

Employee Retention Benefits, Inc. (ERB) Covina, CA

Overview

This is not a typical Insurance Sales Manager role. At ERB, you will build, lead, and scale your own sales team within a proven system.

You build the team
We provide the accounts, systems, and support
You grow the revenue-and your income

How It Works

Build or bring 10+ sales agents
We provide confirmed enrollments (no prospecting)
You manage performance and schedules
You earn through team production (override)

Requirements

Insurance Work Experience
Success Metrics (after 90 days)
A Life and Health Insurance License is a mandatory

Starting from scratch?

We help you recruit. Earn via override until you reach 10 agents and unlock base salary.
