This role is best for leaders who want to build a team, scale income, and operate like a business owner .

- You build the team

- Build or bring 10+ sales agents
- We provide confirmed enrollments (no prospecting)
- You manage performance and schedules
- You earn through team production (override)
- Insurance Work Experience
- Success Metrics (after 90 days)
- A Life and Health Insurance License is a mandatory
- AI-powered CRM & scheduling system
- No cold calling - appointments provided
- Sales Admin, HR & Payroll support
- Public & Private sector accounts
- Base Salary
- Uncapped Override Income
