The Opportunity

As Product Manager, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for Covisus' advanced imaging and software platform. You will work at the intersection of technology, customer success, business development, and engineering to bring innovative solutions to market and drive adoption across highly regulated industries.

This role combines strategic product leadership, customer engagement, market development, and technical collaboration. You will help define the future of a category-defining technology while working directly with executives, engineers, government agencies, industry leaders, and strategic customers.

The ideal candidate is equally comfortable discussing market strategy with executives, gathering requirements from customers, collaborating with engineers, and presenting solutions to prospective clients.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Leadership

• Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, and market strategy for Covisus' imaging hardware and software solutions
• Lead product planning from concept through commercialization and continuous improvement
• Translate customer needs and market opportunities into actionable product requirements and business priorities
• Prioritize features, functionality, and investments based on customer value, market demand, and strategic objectives

Customer & Market Engagement

• Engage directly with customers, partners, and industry stakeholders to understand operational challenges and emerging requirements
• Lead product demonstrations, workshops, pilot programs, and customer feedback sessions
• Serve as a trusted advisor to customers implementing advanced supply chain visibility solutions
• Act as the "voice of the customer" throughout the product development lifecycle

Business Development & Commercialization

• Support sales and business development activities by articulating value propositions and product capabilities
• Help navigate enterprise procurement processes and customer adoption strategies
• Identify new market opportunities and applications for vTag® technology across defense, aerospace, medical devices and adjacent industries
• Contribute to strategic partnerships and go-to-market initiatives

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with engineering, software development, operations, quality, and executive leadership teams
• Align internal stakeholders around product goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive agile product development processes and ensure successful execution across multiple initiatives
• Lead product reviews, roadmap discussions, and strategic planning sessions

Compliance & Industry Requirements

• Ensure products align with applicable regulatory requirements, cybersecurity standards, and customer security expectations
• Maintain awareness of supply chain regulations, compliance frameworks, and evolving industry standards
• Support implementations within environments requiring strict quality, security, and operational controls

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in a technology-driven organization
• Demonstrated success bringing innovative technology products from concept to market
• Experience supporting technology sales, customer adoption, and enterprise procurement processes
• Strong understanding of one or more regulated industries (military, aerospace, medical devices)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across technical and business teams
• Experience managing complex stakeholder relationships and customer engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA or advanced technical degree
• Experience managing products that combine hardware and software components
• Background leading engineering or technical development teams
• Experience working within government, defense, aerospace, medical device, or other highly regulated environments
• Experience with supply chain technologies, serialization, traceability, asset management, or logistics systems
