Senior IT Specialist (Web Development)

Responsibilities The incumbent provides technical IT support, works with national and local systems, installs hardware/software, and troubleshoots issues. Duties include creating and updating websites, graphic design, multimedia support to staff, analyzing end user needs, and assisting management with system planning, design, maintenance, and support to improve efficiency.
