Customer Experience Associate

to join our team. In this role, you won't just be making calls—you will serve as a trusted guide helping clients navigate past-due balances, structure workable payment arrangements, and get their accounts back in good standing. Full-time Pay Range:

$20-21/hour Key Responsibilities Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to connect with clients regarding missed, past-due, or defaulted payments.

Partner with clients to understand the root cause of payment issues, negotiate solutions, and collect outstanding balances.

Structure approved payment arrangements, secure firm commitments, and follow up consistently on scheduled payment dates.

Navigate sensitive financial conversations with tact, professional composure, and clear boundaries, keeping the customer relationship positive.

Meticulously log all customer interactions, payment commitments, and account status updates in our CRM.

Work closely with Billing, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to resolve account discrepancies and eliminate friction points.

Identify recurring patterns or system issues contributing to customer defaults and share actionable feedback with leadership.

What You Bring 3–5+ years in collections, accounts receivable, outbound calling, or customer retention is preferred.

High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex account and billing details clearly and simply.

Strong problem-solving mindset, comfortable handling objections, and confident discussing overdue balances.

Patience, active listening, and the resilience to stay calm and constructive during difficult conversations.

Comfort managing high call volumes, navigating daily account queues, and hitting target performance metrics.

Solid experience with modern CRM platforms and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Logix, or Salesforce).
