Run full-cycle recruiting for US Go-to-Market roles, including intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer strategy, and closing Build and maintain outbound sourcing pipelines for hard-to-fill roles Manage the ATS as the single source of truth, including pipeline hygiene, stage definitions, reporting, and candidate data integrity Serve as the primary candidate contact and shape the pre-join candidate experience Design and roll out structured interview processes, scorecards, competency frameworks, interview loops, and debrief formats Train hiring managers to interview effectively and maintain a consistent hiring bar Define and report recruiting metrics such as time to fill, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, and quality of hire Implement the recruiting tooling stack, including ATS, sourcing, scheduling, and assessment tools Reduce agency dependency by building in-house sourcing capability Partner with G&A, GTM leaders, and the executive team on headcount planning, role scoping, and compensation calibration Provide market intelligence on candidate expectations and company competitiveness Partner on new-hire onboarding and the first-90-days experience Contribute to People Ops and HR operations, including HRIS hygiene, policy documentation, employee lifecycle workflows, and internal communications Support employer brand through the careers page, job posts, candidate-facing content, and market presence Collaborate with EMEA and Israel teams on cross-regional hiring and people initiatives Requirements 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with at least 3 years in-house at a startup or high-growth technology company Demonstrated Go-to-Market recruiting experience, including Sales, Customer Success, or Marketing roles Proven outbound sourcing skills Hands-on ATS ownership, such as Ashby or Greenhouse, including workflow configuration Track record of building recruiting processes, scorecards, interview loops, or reporting Strong hiring manager partnership skills Comfort with ambiguity and full ownership Excellent written and verbal communication Able to work from our NYC office 4 days per week Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruiting for Go-to-Market roles, including sourcing, screening, and interview process design.
