• Spearhead Product Lifecycles: Lead the requirement gathering and launch of new and existing AML software product lines.

• Drive Agile Delivery: Lead sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives with self-organizing, cross-functional Laundry and Margaritas teams.

• Optimize the Backlog: Create, manage, and prioritize Product Backlog Items (PBIs) and bugs within Azure DevOps (TFS).

• Champion Security & Compliance: Act as the Product Representative for SOC Audits, manage OFAC list changes, and oversee third-party vendor risk assessments.

• Enhance User Experience: Define user needs, collaborate on ADA-compliant UI design, and deliver comprehensive product documentation and release notes.

Essential Skills for Success

• 4+ years of proven experience in AML operations and software usage within financial institutions.

• Deep understanding of AML requirements regarding Fraud, SAR, and CTR filings, alongside case management.

• Ability to clearly articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Demonstrated proficiency with Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project 365, Copilot, and foundational SQL/relational databas
