In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various healthcare positions. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiters to identify and attract top talent, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.Responsibilities:Utilize various recruiting methods and tools to source and attract candidatesScreen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positionsCoordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managersConduct reference checks and verify credentials of potential candidatesBuild and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment processAssist with creating job postings and maintaining job boardsAttend job fairs and networking events to promote our company and job opportunitiesCollaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategiesProvide support to Senior Recruiters as neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industryStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systemsKnowledge of healthcare terminology and job requirements is a plusProven ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent customer service skills and a passion for helping othersContract Details:This is a freelance position with the potential for long-term growth within the company. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview process.
