Fully in Office, Monday - Friday 9am-5pm $60k + Quarterly Bonus The Recruiter will partner with Area and Regional Managers under the direction of the Director of Operations / Talent Management, to meet evolving staffing needs. They will develop a continuous pipeline of candidates through networking, and sourcing on job boards.
Develops and implements strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent, in a multi-site organization.
Posts available positions on job boards, social media and ATS.
Works with hiring managers and interview teams to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed using the pattern interview.
Completes and manages pre-employment process and communicates clear for hire.
Arranges interviews by coordinating schedules with hiring manager.
ATS preferred.
