Traveling OB/GYN Sonographer / Ultrasound Tech

We're excited to announce an opening for an experienced OB/GYN Sonographer / Ultrasound Technologist with Jackson HealthPros! You'll use your expertise to perform obstetric and gynecological ultrasounds to assist physicians in making informed healthcare decisions, while ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout the procedure.

Minimum Requirements:

• National certification in specialty from the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or from Cardiovascular Credentialing International.
• 2 years of experience as an OB/GYN Sonographer
• BLS certification
• Experience performing general, OB/GYN, small parts, vascular, and thyroid FNA studies.
• Ability to perform a wide range of ultrasound exams performed in a hospital setting.

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM.
• Shift days: Monday - Thursday.
• No call required.
• Weekend requirements apply.
• Holiday requirements apply.
• May be required to float to another area for ultrasound coverage.
• Charting system: Epic.
• Equipment used includes Philips scanners and Fuji Synaps PACS.
• Dress code: black scrub pants and blue scrub top.
• Department-specific orientation is provided.
