Retail Assistant Manager - Full-Time

Position Overview The Assistant Store Manager assists in the supervision of a store team focused on creating an unforgettable shopping experience that leaves our customers looking and feeling their best. The assistant manager will support leadership development and act as a sales lead, interacting with customers regularly and helping build the customer experience with the store team. The assistant manager strategizes to achieve sales goals and, as a key holder, efficiently and accurately executes maurices Standard Operating Practices (SOPs), such as opening and closing the store. Supervisory experience preferred. Ability to foster a team while creating a positive working environment. Experience in training and directing others. Location Store 1410-Mohawk Commons – maurices – Schenectady, NY 12304 Position Type Regular/Full time Pay Range Hourly: $19.88 - $21.61 Pay will vary based on factors such as qualifications, experience, skill level, competencies and work location. We will meet minimum wage or the minimum of the pay range (whichever is higher) based on city, county and state requirements. This position is eligible for monthly incentive compensation based on store performance.
