Lithia is about providing customers with an honest, simpler buying experience, all the while working in a positive team environment.## Responsibilities:* Leading CR process management at assigned stores by observing, installing, and training approved processes.* Call sales customers to follow up on their experience and satisfaction with their vehicle.* Listen to incoming calls and coach team members on improving their customer communication skills.* Provide assistance with administering Employee Satisfaction Survey programs.* Draft response letters to the DOJ as necessary.* Maintain a working knowledge of the Performance Dashboard.## **Qualifications:*** Excellent time management skills.* Available on Saturday.
