Brand Standards, Guest Experience & Food Safety Advisor in Columbia

Position Title Brand Protection Advisor Location Columbia, SC Overview EcoSure, the brand protection division of Ecolab, partners with global brands to create end‑to‑end brand protection strategies. Through on‑site assessments, coaching, digital learning, and industry best practices, we develop programs that cover critical components of operations, providing real‑time insights and actionable steps to mitigate brand risk and optimize guest experience. Responsibilities Conduct on‑site evaluations, coaching and training to protect client brands and delight guests. Develop and deliver summary presentations of assessment findings, improvement areas and recommendations to client leadership. Partner with other EcoSure and Ecolab teams to solve client challenges. Complete a budgeted number of visits each week while delivering an exceptional client experience. Utilize an iPad, Microsoft Suite and CRM technology for efficient planning and execution. Support the growth initiatives of the company and its clients. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines where applicable while performing visits in hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, education, healthcare and senior‑living facilities. Position Details The candidate must reside within a commutable distance of Columbia, SC. 50% overnight travel required. The role requires occasional evenings, weekends and overtime as business needs dictate. Obtaining ServSafe and/or CP‑FS certification may be required for continued employment. Current, valid driver’s license with no restrictions. 21 years of age or older. No immigration sponsorship available. Physical Requirements Exposure to food made from or with animal products and/or top allergens. Lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds. Inspecting client playgrounds by climbing, crawling in tight spaces and traversing slides. Bending, squatting, shifting and adjusting movement to assess areas low to the ground and above the head. Standing and walking for extended periods at client locations. Driving and/or flying to client locations as required; must hold proper ID for flying. Driving a company‑paid vehicle subject to pre‑employment and ongoing motor‑vehicle record checks. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in culinary, hospitality or business. Multilingual (Spanish & French). High‑level customer service and advanced consultative skills. Ability to work well under pressure, juggle tasks and meet deadlines. Strong planning, organizational skills and high attention to detail. Self‑directed, initiative, good judgment, superior decision‑making and problem‑solving skills. Compensation Annual range: $46,300–$69,300. Pay is determined by experience, education, training and geography and complies with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
