Education and Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an equivalent allied health degree, along with compatibility for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquisition of ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Ongoing maintenance of current certification throughout your tenure.
