Education

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree, is required. You must also prepare for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Acquire ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within your first year of employment.
• Continue maintaining your certification for the duration of your employment.
