About the Role
The Company is in search of a Global Head of Buy-Side Product Sales, Managing Director, to spearhead the commercialization and expansion of its products within the global buy-side client base. The successful candidate will be a seasoned commercial leader with a deep understanding of FX markets and buy-side workflows, capable of leading a high-performing product sales organization to drive revenue growth. This pivotal role demands a strategic thinker with a proven track record in revenue execution, the ability to translate product capabilities into client value, and a disciplined approach to commercial strategy. The Global Head will be responsible for leading and developing a global product sales team, establishing a clear operating model, and driving a culture of high performance, accountability, and collaboration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in FX and electronic trading environments, expertise in FX trading platforms, and a strong ability to expand wallet share across existing client relationships. They must also possess exceptional commercial judgment, strong influencing skills, and the ability to manage complex, high-value client engagements. The role is central to the company's commercial performance, ensuring that product innovation is effectively translated into revenue outcomes, and will involve building and maintaining senior relationships with strategic buy-side clients, as well as representing the company at industry events. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree preferred, and the candidate should have a background in global financial services with a focus on driving commercial outcomes.
