You can expect a hybrid schedule shaped around patient needs and physician preference, with telehealth thoughtfully embedded into templates. Opportunity Highlights Hybrid schedule with telehealth based on patient needs and physician preference Predictable 1:5 call, Friday 5PM to Friday 5PM; overnight/weekend call-ins are rare and mostly telephone-based. Multidisciplinary team: medical oncologists, advanced practice providers, nurse navigators, oncology RNs, triage nurse, social worker, dietitian, pharmacists, operations coordinator, and clinical trials nurse. Commission on Cancer–accredited program; peer mentor program supports newly diagnosed patients. Infusion center with 13 chairs (Mon‒Sat) in a clinic connected to the hospital for streamlined workflows. On‑site participation in national clinical trials. Career track with annual salary increases, partnership bonus potential, and comprehensive retirement (pension + 6% employer 401(k) contribution).
