In Specialty Care, you’ll help deliver breakthrough treatments that bring hope to patients with some of the highest unmet needs. As Head, Health System Strategy, Rare Diseases within our US Rare Disease Leadership Team, you'll lead provider-focused strategy across a $2.2B business with 7 marketed products and 2 pipeline launches, including a landmark AATD therapy in 1H 2027. You'll build strategic partnerships with health systems and IDNs, optimize care pathways, and accelerate patient diagnosis and treatment access. This role is a member of the US Leadership Team and reports directly to the General Manager. share best practices and leverage common resourcesInstitutional Partnership & Shared Value StrategyIdentify the shared strategic priorities—the main thing—between Sanofi Rare Disease and senior institutional leaders, finding the intersection where patient access goals align with the institution's own clinical, operational, and outcome objectivesBuild trust-based, mutually beneficial partnerships with health system executives, department chairs, and medical directors that go beyond transactional engagement toward genuine value co-creationDesign and execute collaborative frameworks where Sanofi and institutional partners work toward a common purpose: getting the right rare disease patients diagnosed and treated fasterEngage senior stakeholders at leading academic medical centers and IDNs to uncover and activate shared opportunities that benefit patients, providers, and the health systemNavigate Legal & Compliance requirements for all health system partnerships and B2B solutions, ensuring all engagements are structured for sustainability and integrityProvider Partnerships & B2B SolutionsBuild strategic partnerships with health systems, IDNs, and provider organizations across the rare disease landscapeDesign B2B solutions that address health system needs across health information technology (HIT), operations, and patient experienceExpand key opinion leader relationships to uncover value-creation opportunities and advance rare disease awareness and diagnosisCross-Functional Leadership & CollaborationServe as the US Leadership Team subject matter expert on health system dynamics, care delivery trends, and provider engagement strategyIntegrate health system considerations into launch planning, lifecycle management, and portfolio strategyMonitor the competitive landscape and evolving care delivery models in partnership with Business Insights & SolutionsBuild, develop, and lead a high-performing team of 2 direct reportsAbout youRequired:Bachelor's degree required;
