Guaranteed Base Pay During Training: $4,000/Month + Benefits + Mileage Reimbursement

What You'll Do
- Prospect for residential acquisition opportunities throughout your assigned territory
- Build and maintain relationships with real estate agents, referral partners, and investors
- Conduct property walkthroughs and evaluate investment opportunities
- Analyze renovation scope, ARV, and acquisition potential
- Present and negotiate offers on behalf of the company
- Manage opportunities throughout the acquisition process
- Maintain CRM activity and KPI tracking
