Job Coach

The Job Coachwill provide students with direct supervision both in and outside of the agencyin order to refine their employability skills; this work may take placeone-on-one and/or in a small group setting. They will be responsible forhelping students learn, accommodate to and perform work duties.In addition to working on skills related toperforming specific job tasks, the Job Coach will help students acquire thenecessary interpersonal skills that will be essential in all workingenvironments. Education/Experience: Atleast two years’ experience working with adolescent students. Experience withspecial needs population preferred. Bachelor’sor Associate’s Degree in Human Services or related field preferred. Licensure/Certification: ValidDriver’s License Starting Salary: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday through Friday, with avariable schedule based on students’ needs.Hours can range from 9a-5p/10a-6p/11a-7p; ability to be flexible withone’s schedule is required #J-18808-Ljbffr Green Chimneys
