Your work environment

In an indefinite contract with 100% remote work (in France), working days are from Monday to Friday. Work hours range between 9 AM and 6 PM (9 AM - 5 PM and 10 AM - 6 PM).

For candidates in the Lyon area, the position is based in Lyon 7th. Ideal location (tramway at the building's entrance, nearby metros, close to Place Bellecour). An obligatory training is provided at the headquarters in Lyon, totaling 3 weeks in person from Monday to Friday. (Train, meals, and on-site accommodation are fully covered by Santvet).

Your working days are from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 6 PM.

Job Description

In this hypergrowth adventure, we are looking for a BtoC sedentary sales consultant for the Belgium area, with perfect mastery of Flemish or Dutch (French beginner accepted).

Your tasks will include:

• Calling prospects (qualified leads)
• Identifying the needs of the prospect and the living conditions of their faithful companion
• Presenting our products and adapting our offers to their needs
• Arguing, advising, and convincing that our insurance is the best gift they can offer to their pet
• Accompanying the prospect until the contractual commitment of their pet health insurance subscription
• Once your mission is successful, our customer service will be there to support them throughout their contract life

The Profile We Are Looking For

To accomplish all these tasks:

Perfect mastery of the Flemish or Dutch language, with a beginner level of French accepted.

Successful competence and experience in sales (preferably by phone).

A real ability to create a connection with your prospects.

Ability to convince and approach each call with a flexible mindset.

Ability to adjust according to the needs of the prospect.

A result-oriented person, empathetic, convincing with an infectious optimism.
