Proskauer is seeking a Treasury Analyst to support the Treasury team workflow. This individual will contribute to daily operations as well as internal projects and system implementations that are essential to the team, while serving as a point of contact for internal and external inquiries. Responsibilities Enforce internal controls and comply with Firm policies and procedures. Maintain the Firm’s cash flow forecast and budget. Perform daily cash management, including concentration of funds, electronic payments and short‑term investment activity. Prepare journal entries and support accounting during close. Research banking transactions. Reconcile daily cash balances and determine daily liquidity needs. Manage banking relationships and identify process improvements, banking services and products. Perform ad‑hoc analysis as requested. Assist with year‑end audits by preparing audit schedules and informational requests. Assist in the annual FBAR filing. Collaborate across the Finance team to improve efficiency and maintain robust controls. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance Minimum 1+ years finance or accounting experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with Aderant Expert is a plus Strong working knowledge of Word and Excel Ability to work effectively on a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment Excellent relationship‑building skills Strong analytical skills Planning, project management, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail Roll‑up‑the‑sleeves mentality and willingness to pitch in Work Arrangement & Pay This position requires regular physical presence in Proskauer’s offices at least three times per week, or more if Firm policy or business needs require it. The anticipated compensation range for this role is $60,000–$80,000. Actual salary will depend on qualifications, relevant experience, education, certifications, professional licenses and work location.
