Overview Utilizes the nursing process to provide patient care. Maintains professional accountability for provision of patient care for the assigned patients. Evaluates the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinates patient care in conjunction with other departments. Position Details Now Hiring: RN – Operating Room Merit Hospital Washington – Full Time | 36 hrs/week Shift: 4 days / 10 hrs – with call Be a Mercy Nurse. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited RN program. Active RN license (state‑specific or compact) and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Experience Candidate must possess hands‑on Operating Room experience. Certifications Required ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support. BLS – Basic Life Support (or within 30 days of hire). Any unit‑specific certifications (with timeline for completion). Physical Requirements Regularly lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs. Prolonged standing or walking throughout shift.
