Abel Personnel is hiring Medicare Enrollment Specialists for an upcoming work-from-home healthcare enrollment project serving members during the annual Medicare enrollment season.

Medicare Enrollment Specialist Responsibilities

As a Medicare Enrollment Specialist, you will support healthcare enrollment operations by processing applications, reviewing member information, updating records, and ensuring enrollment accuracy.

Responsibilities include:

• Processing Medicare Part D enrollment applications
• Reviewing documents for completeness and accuracy
• Entering and updating information within multiple computer systems
• Assisting members and internal teams with enrollment-related questions
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations
• Meeting productivity, quality, and attendance expectations
• Performing administrative and customer support functions as assigned

Qualifications
