VP Commercial MEP PE

Senior Leadership Position
Seeking a senior leadership professional to support the expedited growth of the commercial engineering division. This individual will partner closely with President of Commercial engineering and oversee a team of directors and engineers delivering work across gaming, hospitality, healthcare, and science/laboratory environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight to Directors and senior engineering staff
- Support delivery across commercial MEP projects (gaming, hospitality, healthcare, labs)
- Drive client relationship management and retention
- Act as a senior escalation point for project execution and delivery quality
- Collaborate with executive leadership on growth strategy and team scaling
- Ensure strong responsiveness, communication, and client trust
Job Requirements
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) required
- 15–25+ years of MEP engineering experience
- Proven experience leading teams through Directors / senior managers
- Strong background in commercial MEP environments
- Experience in commercial Gaming, Hospitality, Healthcare, Labs MEP projects
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships at a senior level
- Excellent communication and leadership presence
- 1-2 days per week in-office
