Director, Second Amendment Section

The Civil Rights Division (CRT or Division) is seeking an experienced attorney to serve as the Director of the Second Amendment Section. Mandatory Technical Qualifications (MTQs) Demonstrated experience providing executive leadership, strategic direction, and directional oversight for complex, high-visibility programs or organizations; experience establishing organizational priorities, directing enterprise‑wide initiatives, allocating resources, and leading cross‑functional efforts to achieve national or organization‑wide objectives. Demonstrated experience managing a complex organization, a broad workforce, and challenging organizational issues while enforcing policies and law.
