About the Role
The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts within a warehouse environment. This role supports production lines, ensures inventory accuracy, and helps maintain overall warehouse organization and safety compliance. Success requires attention to detail, proficiency with inventory systems, physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate inventory counts and maintain records using inventory management systems such as ERP or WMS.
• Ensure proper documentation and recordkeeping during cycle counting processes.
• Support warehouse operations by pulling, staging, and delivering materials to production lines as needed.
• Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual methods.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
• Assist in verifying inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies during cycle counts.
• Follow safe warehouse procedures and contribute to a compliant work environment.
• Operate forklifts or other material handling equipment when certified or as trained (training provided if needed).
• Support physical inventory audits as required.
• Work independently and collaboratively in a team to meet operational goals.

Required Qualifications

• Ability to perform accurate inventory counts and maintain records.
• Experience with inventory systems such as ERP or WMS.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer proficiency and data entry skills.
• Effective teamwork and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safe warehouse procedures and OSHA standards.

Preferred Qualifications

• Forklift certification or practical forklift operation experience (training provided if needed).
• Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience.
• Experience pulling, staging, and delivering materials to production lines.
• Knowledge of packaging and shipping standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
