Role Overview We are looking to add a creative storyteller and media-savvy communicator who shapes how the world sees Luxer One and Luxer Access . You will own the full editorial and PR engine — writing SEO-driven blog content, managing a PR agency partner to drive media placements, and keeping both brands press-ready with sharp, current media kits. Youll build and run email and drip campaigns that move multifamily and ARR prospects through the funnel, track whats working, and collaborate closely with Digital Marketing to make sure every piece of content earns its place. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to see both brands showing up in the industry press, in inboxes, and at the top of search — and who knows how to make that happen through great writing and smart vendor partnerships. Content & SEO Write and publish blog content for Luxer One and Luxer Access aligned with SEO strategy Collaborate with Digital Marketing on content strategy and keyword targeting PR & Media Relations Manage the PR agency partner — set priorities, review pitches, track placements, and hold them accountable to results Serve as the internal point of contact for all PR activity across Luxer One and Luxer Access Develop and maintain media kits for both Luxer One and Luxer Access Email & Campaign Management Build and manage email and drip campaigns for multifamily and ARR audiences Reporting & Analytics Track and report on content and PR performance Success Metrics Blog traffic growth and organic search rankings across Luxer One and Luxer Access PR placements — volume, outlet quality, and share of voice Email and drip campaign performance: open rates, click rates, and contribution to pipeline Media kit currency — assets are accurate, on-brand, and press-ready always Content publishing cadence: consistent output against the editorial calendar Core Competencies Exceptional writer — clear, persuasive, and on-brand across formats (editorial, email, press) Vendor management — can direct a PR agency partner, evaluate their work, and drive results without micromanaging SEO-informed — understands keyword strategy and writes content that performs in search Campaign executor — follows through from brief to send to report without dropping balls Self-directed and organized — manages multiple content streams and deadlines without hand-holding Collaborative — works fluidly with Digital Marketing, Design, and Sales to align content with broader goals Data-aware — uses performance data to improve, not just report Requirements Qualifications Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field (preferred) Experience: 2+ years in a content, PR, or marketing coordinator role Portfolio: Writing portfolio required — samples of published content, press materials, or email campaigns PR: Experience working with or managing a PR agency; understands how to brief, evaluate pitches, and track placements Email: Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Cordial, Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar) SEO: Working knowledge of SEO best practices and keyword strategy Tools: Google Workspace, CMS experience; Zoho CRM or analogous a plus Benefits Luxer Has You Covered!
