Career Growth: Career growth opportunities at GardaWorld Your Responsibilities as Corporate Counsel Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial agreements. Act as a liaison between the Contract Team and other stakeholders within the organization. Articulate negotiating positions to stakeholders. Advise on contract interpretation, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies. Work closely with contract paralegals to ensure efficiency and consistency in the contract process from intake to execution. Facilitate contractually required insurance documentation. Act as a liaison between the Contract Team, Sales Team, and insurance broker. Track requests from inception to conclusion and generate reports on workflow. Support the development and refinement of contract templates, playbooks, and processes to improve efficiency. Advise the AGC on licensing and regulatory matters affecting the company. Perform other related duties as assigned. Your Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. 3–4 years of experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail. Understanding of legal language, principles, and processes as well as other related matters. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office365, Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, and Teams. Superior organization, administration and document management skills to undertake work in a high-paced and at times stressful environment. Ability to efficiently manage time and priorities workflow to meet deadlines. High degree of professional ethics and integrity. Sound judgment and ability to maintain confidentiality.
