Responsibilities

HR Tech & Automation

• System Optimization: Transition HR workflows toward automated tech solutions; experience with Paylocity (highly preferred) or HiBob is a major plus.
• Data Integrity: Maximize HRIS capabilities to maintain accurate data and eliminate manual administrative tasks.

Compliance & Document Management

• Audit Readiness: Manage and audit digital/physical personnel files to ensure 100% compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Leave Administration: Oversee end-to-end paperwork, tracking, and compliance for all employee leaves of absence.
• Regulatory Updates: Monitor changing labor laws to keep company policies fully compliant.

Manager Support & Payroll

• Performance & Compensation: Partner with managers to ensure performance reviews and wage adjustments are executed accurately and on time.
• Payroll Assistance: Support the HR team with payroll processing, tracking hours, deductions, and system updates.
• Generalist Support: Assist with onboarding, offboarding, and day-to-day HR operations to maintain balanced team workflows.
