WellSpan Health is seeking a Family Physician who is passionate about serving the vulnerable and eclectic patient population in York, Pennsylvania

Position Highlights:

• Join 4 physicians and 2 APPs in this diverse, welcoming practice.
• We provide gender affirming care, medication assisted treatment, and work closely with two assigned social workers,
• We have a behaviorist on site to serve as a bridge into behavioral health services.
• We are a patient centered medical home.
• Spanish speaking physician welcomed; not required
• Nurse triage takes first call for this practice

• Maintains a private practice at a location(s) within the Medical Group.
• Provides primary care family practice medical professional services to patients.
• Provides in-hospital patient care and consultations as required.

• Participates in Medical Staff activities as required and/or as requested.
• Observes the Bylaws and Rules and Regulations of the Hospital and the Medical Staff.
• Demonstrates a commitment to patient, visitor and staff by: complying with all applicable safety regulations; learning the impact of medical errors and methodology that will lead to reduction of errors; reporting actual and potential errors, as well as hazardous conditions; identifying opportunities to standardize processes and "error proof" systems that will lead to increased safety; and participating in safety education programs and root cause analyses as required.
• Provides outstanding service to all customers; fosters teamwork; and practices fiscal responsibility through improvement and innovation.

• Diplomate of the American Board of Family Medicine or the American Osteopathic Board of Family Medicine, or Board eligible. Upon Hire Required and
