Job Summary HR Specialist – Human Resources, Employee & Labor Relations – Warsaw, Indiana, United States of America. Key Responsibilities Support employee relations and labor relations activities, including intake, documentation, and coordination of cases. Assist with ER/LR investigations by gathering information, maintaining records, and supporting fact‑finding processes. Provide guidance to managers and HR partners on routine employee relations questions and policy interpretation. Maintain accurate and confidential ER/LR case documentation and data in accordance with defined standards. Support trend analysis and reporting related to employee relations issues and outcomes. Ensure ER/LR activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, internal controls, and applicable employment laws. Partner with ER/LR, HR, and Legal teams to support consistent and timely resolution of employee concerns. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree required in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred. Experience: 4–6 years of relevant experience in employee relations, labor relations, HR operations, or a related HR discipline. Knowledge: Working knowledge of employee relations principles and U.S. employment practices. Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information, ability to follow defined processes and support multiple cases simultaneously, strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems. Preferred experience: ER/LR matters in a manufacturing or Operations environment; investigations, grievance handling, or corrective action processes; regulated industry such as MedTech, Pharma, or Healthcare; global or matrixed organization. Language: English proficiency required. Travel: Minimal travel expected. Certifications: HR or employee relations certifications preferred but not required. Benefits and Pay Transparency Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
