Human Resources Manager

Adecco is partnering with an established manufacturing company to identify a Plant Human Resources Manager to lead the HR function at a growing production facility in the Warsaw, IN area. This is a highly visible plant-level leadership role supporting a fast-paced manufacturing operation with approximately 200+ employees. The organization is seeking a hands-on HR leader with strong employee relations experience, leadership presence, and the ability to operate effectively within a production-driven environment. The ideal candidate will bring a balance of employee advocacy, operational partnership, and accountability while helping strengthen the overall HR function at the facility. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary HR partner to plant leadership, advising on employee relations, policy interpretation, and employment law Lead and manage all aspects of employee relations, including investigations, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and performance management Drive workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, and retention initiatives Support employee development, succession planning, and leadership coaching efforts Partner closely with operations leadership to improve workforce engagement, attendance, accountability, and overall plant culture Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HR programs at the site level Manage Workers’ Compensation, leave administration, return-to-work programs, and related claims management Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and safety regulations Support plant communication initiatives and overall employee engagement efforts Lead and mentor site HR team members while helping strengthen overall department structure and effectiveness Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 5–7+ years of progressive HR experience Prior manufacturing or plant HR experience strongly preferred Strong employee relations and employment law background Experience supporting both hourly and salaried populations Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence plant leadership and production teams Ability to balance employee support with accountability and operational business needs Strong communication, conflict resolution, and decision-making skills Experience working within fast-paced, production-driven manufacturing environments Experience with HRIS systems (Oracle or similar preferred) What This Role Offers: Opportunity to lead HR at the plant level with strong operational visibility High-impact role supporting a growing manufacturing operation Strong exposure to plant leadership and operations Competitive compensation, bonus opportunity, and benefits package Long-term career growth potential within manufacturing leadership If interested, please apply directly to View email address on click.appcast.io #J-18808-Ljbffr
