Head of Recruiting & HR

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to serve as a strategic partner and internal consultant to business leaders within a manufacturing environment in Warsaw, IN. This role drives organizational effectiveness by developing and executing HR programs that support talent growth, employee engagement, and business objectives.

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of progressive HR experience (or equivalent combination)

Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities

High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office tools

Multi-site HR experience

Lead workforce planning, talent development, succession planning, and recruiting strategies

Design and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and overall employee experience

Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and compliance with employment laws

Partner with leadership on compensation, benefits, and performance management strategies

Analyze HR metrics and feedback trends to identify improvements and drive continuous enhancement

Oversee HR processes and ensure accurate administration of employee lifecycle changes

Lead HR projects including process improvements, system implementations, and change management efforts

Work Environment Onsite role, Monday–Friday

Combination of office and manufacturing/distribution environment

Up to 25% travel may be required
