ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Serve as the primary contact for all warranty-related matters, including reviewing, processing, documenting, and resolving customer warranty claims while providing internal and external support. Investigate warranty failures through data analysis, testing, and field reports; perform root cause analysis (8D, 5 Why, Fishbone) and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to improve product quality and reduce costs. Analyze warranty performance metrics, identify trends, prepare reports and presentations, determine claim responsibility, and support warranty audits and compliance reporting. Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Production, Suppliers, and Customers to resolve issues, support process and design improvements, and drive continuous quality improvement initiatives. Supervise End-of-Line Inspectors, ensure compliance with IATF 16949, safety, environmental, and ethical standards, maintain effective stakeholder relationships, and perform special projects and other assigned responsibilities. EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCE Requires a bachelor’s degree (Engineering and/or Quality preferred) with a minimum of three years of experience in a Quality-related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in a Quality role working with warranty management. Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement to effectively manage warranty process. Must possess strong skills in root cause analysis and data analysis tools, along with proficiency in business software applications, including word processing, spreadsheet, and database management systems.
