BlazerJobs is partnering with a local school district in Baltimore, Maryland to hire a Full-Time Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a great opportunity to work alongside licensed Speech-Language Pathologists while supporting students’ communication development in a collaborative school environment.

Location: Baltimore, MD
Schedule: Full-Time, School-Based Position
School Year: 2026–2027
Pay: Negotiable starting at $41/hour
Contract Type: School-year contract with renewal opportunities
Responsibilities:
Assist the supervising SLP with implementing speech and language therapy services
Provide direct support to students with communication disorders under SLP supervision
Help students improve articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
Maintain accurate therapy documentation and progress notes
Prepare therapy materials and assist with classroom carryover activities
Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student success
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology Assisting or related field
Active Maryland SLPA license/certification (or eligibility)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed SLP
