Role Description The Branch Manager role at Poly Vinyl Creations, Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in High Point, NC. This role oversees daily branch operations, including supervising staff, managing inventory, coordinating production schedules, and ensuring timely order fulfillment and deliveries. The Branch Manager is responsible for maintaining strong relationships with distributors and dealers, supporting sales activities, and resolving operational or customer issues promptly. This position also involves monitoring branch performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards. The Branch Manager collaborates with leadership to align branch goals with overall company objectives and contributes to a positive, team‑oriented work environment. Qualifications Experience in branch or operations management, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or building materials. Proficiency in staff supervision, scheduling, and performance management. Strong skills in inventory control, logistics coordination, and basic supply chain practices. Solid customer service and relationship-building skills with dealers, distributors, and vendors. Capability to analyze branch performance metrics and implement operational improvements. Comfort with using business software (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management tools, and MS Office). Knowledge of safety practices and compliance in an industrial or warehouse setting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Ability to work on-site in High Point, NC and manage a fast-paced, hands‑on environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, operations, or a related field is preferred.
