Internet Sales Manager – Bill Jacobs Volkswagen

Bill Jacobs VW is looking for an experienced Internet Sales Manager to lead our online sales operation — owning every digital lead, delivering fast professional communication, and turning inquiries into real opportunities for our sales team.

Compensation: $110,000 - $130,000 annually

What you'll do

• Manage all incoming online leads, ensuring every customer gets a fast, professional response
• Distribute leads to sales advisors and verify contact within 15 minutes
• Oversee follow-up efforts and partner with advisors to convert leads into shown appointments and sales
• Track leads, calls, appointments set/shown, conversions, and sales; prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports
• Coach and hold advisors accountable to lead-management standards
• Analyze lead sources and trends; report recommendations to the General Sales Manager and General Manager
• Ensure accurate, consistent CRM notes for every customer interaction
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of VW models, inventory, incentives, and campaigns

Requirements

What we're looking for

Must-haves:

• Proven results in automotive internet sales or lead management
• Strong CRM and computer skills
• Ability to coach and influence a sales team
• Strong written and verbal communication
• High self-motivation, discipline, and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and meet insurability standards

Nice-to-haves:

• Familiarity with VW or import brands
• Experience tracking KPIs and preparing performance reports
• Background in coaching or sales training
