About the Role
The Company is seeking a VP, Marketplace & Value-Added Services to spearhead the strategic development and monetization of its partner ecosystem and adjacent product expansions. This pivotal role is focused on two key growth areas: establishing a scalable marketplace of third-party integrations across various business verticals and driving the creation of strategic product extensions through deep partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the partner strategy, driving integration execution, and delivering revenue outcomes. This includes owning executive-level relationships with key partners, negotiating commercial agreements, and ensuring that the marketplace and value-added services enhance the company's core product and merchant value proposition. Applicants for the VP, Marketplace & Value-Added Services position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in product management, partnerships, or platform ecosystems, with a proven track record in building and scaling partner ecosystems. The role requires strong commercial acumen, the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, and a deep understanding of API-driven platforms and partner enablement models. Experience in fintech, payments, POS, or adjacent industries is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader with excellent executive communication skills, capable of operating in a global organization and driving operational excellence in partner onboarding, support, and lifecycle management.
