A Sales Support Representative with Capital Electric is responsible for managing projects and coordination between our customers, vendors, estimators and outside sales team. Responsibilities Assign jobs in Eclipse to Estimators. Keep a calendar of how many jobs each Estimator has for each day Close out all jobs in Eclipse and file Collaborate with other Bid Coordinators for ‘out of territory’ quotes Ensure effective communication throughout projects team regarding upcoming bids Field phone calls from general contractors, customers, and outside sales reps Maintain open and closed filing of project files Manage the Commercial Projects email inbox Print and help put together submittals and operation and maintenance manuals Print copies of jobs already assigned and add customer to the bid list in Eclipse.
