POSITION SUMMARY
Oversee employee engagement, fostering a welcoming and supportive environment through education, communication and relationship building. Convey company values and mission to internal and external partners to support retention and growth.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Coordinate with departmental managers throughout the recruitment process, determining needs and acting as candidate/recruiter liaison.
· Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting partners.
· Manage internal and external job postings, reviewing employment applications and interfacing with candidates.
· Conduct pre-screening interviews, schedule appointments, and extend offers of employment as directed by leadership.
· Assist with onboarding of new employees and offboarding of exiting employees.
· Facilitate planning, promotion, and execution of all company sponsored events.
· Engage in relationships with partners at charitable organizations, providing support as needed.
· Develop and maintain employee recognition and company service award initiatives.
· Maintain calendar of events for HR Department.
· Create digital and print communications for internal and external use, including employee education, event promotion, and marketing tools.
· Oversee purchasing of marketing materials, coordinating with internal departments as needed.
· Obtain vendor bids and process orders for field employee uniforms.
· Maintain corporate social media accounts through planning, creating, and posting content.
· Provide support to the Vice President Human Resources as needed.
· Partner with leadership team on special projects.
· Supervise and administer ALS Sack Lunch packing bi-weekly.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: 5 years related work experience
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office; Experience in Canva, Photoshop or similar
Certificates & Licenses: Valid Texas Driver's License

Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English
