Experienced Toolmaker Victory Tool – Anoka, MN Precision & Performance. Victory Tool is a modern, growing Tool & Die shop in Anoka, Minnesota specializing in progressive metal stamping dies. We’re looking for an experienced Toolmaker who takes ownership, solves problems, and thrives in a fast-paced, high-skill environment. If you’re the type who sees a print and immediately starts thinking about how to build it better, we want to talk. What You’ll Do Build, assemble, and fit progressive stamping dies from start to finish Troubleshoot and debug tools Perform die maintenance, repair, and engineering changes Work closely with designers, programmers, and CNC machinists Operate manual mills, lathes, surface grinders, and other toolroom equipment Ensure tight tolerances and high-quality standards are consistently met Support continuous improvement in tool build processes Be part of a team of experienced toolmakers and interns Follow Toolroom Manager instructions and production priorities What We’re Looking For 5+ years building stamping metal dies experience (progressive die experience preferred) Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Experience trying out dies in production presses High attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship Team-first mindset with strong problem-solving ability Why Join Victory Tool?
