What We Offer Competitive base salary + commission pay plan Full-time position Excellent earning potential Supportive team environment Opportunity for career growth with a respected dealership Responsibilities Greet customers and accurately assess their service needs Recommend maintenance and repair services based on vehicle inspections Build trust through exceptional customer service Communicate with technicians and keep customers informed throughout the repair process Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction goals Qualifications Proven track record of success in a sales-driven role required. Exceptional customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills. Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with excellent time management abilities. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused personality with a polished, well-groomed appearance. Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and influence others. Automotive Service Advisor experience is preferred; however, candidates with exceptional sales experience will be considered. Experience with the Tekion DMS is preferred but not required.
