What You'll Do

• Provide safe, courteous transportation for residents traveling throughout campus and to off-campus appointments and activities as needed
• Ensure residents arrive safely and on time while providing exceptional customer service
• Assist with overflow transportation requests to help meet the daily needs of the community
• Maintain clean, safe and well-presented transportation vehicles
• Follow all local, state and federal driving regulations while maintaining the highest standards of resident safety
• Serve as a backup to the concierge desk by scheduling transportation, answering incoming calls, submitting work orders and assisting residents and guests
• Monitor emergency response systems and fire alarm panels as assigned
• Build positive relationships with residents, families and team members through friendly, professional service
• Assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
• Passion for serving older adults and delivering exceptional customer service
• Successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
