Help residents get where they need to go safely, comfortably and with exceptional service.

What You'll Do

• Provide safe, timely and courteous off-campus transportation for residents
• Help create a comfortable and positive transportation experience for every resident
• Follow all local, state and federal driving requirements while maintaining a strong commitment to resident safety
• Assist with keeping transportation vehicles clean and ready for resident use
• Communicate professionally with residents, guests and team members
• Manage multiple needs and changing priorities while maintaining dependable service
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout each resident interaction
• Assist with additional responsibilities that support the needs of the community

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years of age
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while remaining organized and dependable
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe driving
• Warm, courteous and resident-focused approach
• Interest in working with and serving older adults
• Successful completion of pre-screening hiring requirements
