This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth everyday execution of store technology and operational processes by providing frontline support, coordinating issue resolution, and assisting with project execution. You will work closely with Store Operations, IT, and cross-functional partners to help maintain, support, and improve store systems and processes. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to build experience in retail operations and technology.Key ResponsibilitiesRun-the-Business SupportProvide day-to-day operational support for store systems and processes (POS, back-office systems, store technology tools)Monitor, triage, and respond to incoming support requests from stores and field teamsTrack and handle issues through resolution, ensuring timely follow-up and communicationMaintain documentation, trackers, and reporting related to store operations and technologyEscalation & Issue ManagementServe as a first point of contact for field escalation coordinationPartner with IT, Service Desk, and vendors to ensure issues are resolved efficientlyIdentify trends in recurring issues and escalate insights to leadershipSupport incident tracking and post-issue reviewsProject Coordination & Execution SupportAssist with coordination of store technology initiatives, pilots, and rolloutsSupport project tracking, timelines, and status reporting across multiple initiativesHelp prepare materials for meetings, updates, and communications to stakeholdersCoordinate testing activities and help ensure readiness for implementationCross-Functional PartnershipPartner with Store Operations, IT, Finance, and other business teams to support executionCommunicate clearly with stakeholders to provide updates and gather informationSupport onboarding, training coordination, and documentation for new processes or toolsAdministrative & Analytical SupportMaintain project trackers, dashboards, and reporting toolsAssist with data collection and basic analysis to support decision-makingSupport continuous improvement efforts by documenting opportunities and solutionsSpecial projects as assignedRequired Experience1–5 years of experience in operations, retail, IT support, or project coordination (internships/co-ops included)Nice-to-Have ExperienceExperience with ticketing systems or issue tracking tools (ex: ServiceNow)Exposure to retail operations or store systemsRequired SkillsStrong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple prioritiesDetail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentGood communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and follow through on tasksProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) and SharePointEducation RequirementsBachelor's degree OR equivalent work experienceBenefitsMedical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Plans401k Retirement FundAbout the ClientThis client is a Fortune 100 off-price retail company and the world's leading off-price apparel and home fashions retailer, operating more than 5,200 stores across ten countries under iconic brands including TJ Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra in the United States, as well as locations across Canada, Europe, and Australia.
