Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business equivalent is required plus a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, along with the following. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required. As a Sales Operations Specialist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Essential Job functions & Responsibilities:Build and maintain positive customer relationships supporting the Account Management and/Sales teamServe as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing timely and professional supportTriage and route a high volume of customer inquiries to the appropriate individuals or teams for follow upLeverage CRM to create opportunities and generate accurate, timely quotes in support of sales activitiesEnsure data integrity by consistently maintaining and updating customer records within CRMAssist in the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and ad hoc analyses using CRM and other reporting toolsCollaborate cross-functionally with Contracts, Order Management, and Finance departments to support customer order fulfillmentMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, pricing, promotions, and internal proceduresSupport sales/marketing collateral and loaner provision process, as required.Proactively identify bottlenecks, recommend improvements, and champion the adoption of AI tools to enhance sales operations efficiencyDemonstrate professionalism and build trust by consistently representing the company with integrity, maintaining confidentiality, honoring commitments, and fostering credible, respectful relationships with both internal teams and external customersPosition: On-site Dedham, MA (3-4 days per week on-site, 1-2 days per week remote work possible with agreement from manager) #LI-Hybrid Salary Note This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.).
