Job Advertisement Position: Saturday Only – Service Lane Assistant Location: KIA Chantilly, Chantilly, VA Pay: $20.00 per hour Schedule: Saturdays Only – 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9-hour shift) Are you a people‑person who thrives in a fast‑paced environment? What You’ll Do: Greet and assist all incoming customers and vehicles in the Service Lane Schedule service appointments efficiently Help write repair orders, with a focus on New Car Pre‑Delivery Inspections (PDIs) Manage the loaner fleet – clean, prep, and make loaner vehicle agreements for customers Deliver outstanding customer service all day – you will be the first and last impression for our Saturday guests What We’re Looking For: Excellent verbal communication skills – you must love talking to customers all day Professional, friendly, and positive attitude Ability to handle multiple tasks in a busy service lane Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license Previous dealership or customer service experience is a plus, but not required – we will train the right person!
