Job Title: 1st Class Crane Operator
Location: Pascagoula, MS
Pay: DOE
Shift: Night Shift

Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and safety-focused 1st Class Crane Operator to support operations in a shipyard environment in Pascagoula, MS. This role requires hands-on experience operating multiple types of cranes and lifting equipment, along with a strong commitment to safety and precision. Candidates must be able to pass an in-person written assessment and work effectively in a fast-paced, outdoor setting.

Must-Haves:

Minimum of 3 years of experience operating:
- Hydraulic cranes
- Friction cranes
- Dockside cranes
- Forklifts
- Cherry pickers
Experience working in shipyard environments
Valid crane operator certification (NCCCO or equivalent)
Ability to read and interpret load charts and follow proper rigging practices
Ability to pass an in-person written test
Strong understanding of OSHA and jobsite safety standards
Ability to work outdoors and perform physically demanding tasks
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance

Preferred:

Additional equipment certifications
Experience working in high-volume or fast-paced shipyard operations
Strong communication skills with riggers and signal personnel
Experience performing routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance
