In this role, the individual will be responsible for supporting the training of employees across both Protocase and 45Drives. About the Opportunity As a Training Facilitator, you’ll bring a real passion for helping people learn and grow across the company. You’ll play a key role in ensuring training is organized, effective, and actually helps people succeed—not just checked off a list. Coordinate and schedule training programs across departments Lead ongoing training efforts and monitor employee knowledge levels Prepare and organize training materials and resources Maintain accurate training records and systems Work with teams to understand training needs and ensure programs run smoothly Support the development and continuous improvement of training content Track training outcomes and help improve how we train over time About You We’re looking for someone who leads with empathy, adapts quickly, and has a ton of patience—someone who can simplify complex ideas and is genuinely invested in helping people learn and succeed. Experience Experience in training coordination, instructional delivery, administration, or a related role.
